Serenova Skin Return Policy
At Serenova Skin, we want you to love your skincare experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Returns & Eligibility
- We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
- Due to the nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
- Returns must be approved before sending the item back. Please contact us at support@serenovaskin.com to initiate a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds & Processing
- Once your return is approved and received by our supplier, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
- Gift cards, promotional items, and sale products are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
