  • Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:
    • U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
    • International Orders: Estimated delivery within 10-20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders over $75.

Delays & Lost Packages

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays (such as carrier issues, customs processing, or weather conditions) may occur.
